Terms & Conditions


After you have made your appointment you will receive an email confirmation with your booking ID and appointment/payment details. Participants must be over the age of 12. Participants between the ages of 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult (unless prior arrangements have been made). Appointments are subject to availability. Advanced Medical Services reserve the right to refuse any paid participant who does not produce their booking ID.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of Advanced Medical Services cancelling a clinic, participants will receive a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the credit card on which the appointment was made.

Please call Advanced Medical Services if you need to cancel your appointment. A full refund will be issued to you if your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment date; if Advanced Medical Services are given less than 48 hours notice, you will be offered an alternative appointment where possible.

Appointment times:

The appointment usually takes between 20-25 mins. From time to time delays may occur, Advanced Medical Services will do it's best to keep these to a minimum.

We at Advanced Medical Services are always looking for ways to improve our service and would appreciate any feedback that you may like to share. We are committed to ensuring that all our customers experience a positive service. However, we recognise that sometimes this may not always be the case. We also recognise that complaints are a valuable form of feedback on our service. We use this feedback to identify root causes of complaints ensuring that improvements are made to our practices and procedures for the benefit of both our customers and ourselves. We also welcome and encourage positive feedback from our customers about our health service and staff.
